I’m having minor AF cramps and AF similar bleeding

Perhaps not everything was passed in your initial bleed during your miscarriage... 
I bled for 3-4 days when I miscarried and then again at 5 weeks after the initial bleed. We know definitively my second bleed was due to left over tissues from the miscarriage as my hcg levels were being followed .
