Terrible Period
Erghhh this is my FIRST period in over 6 years (long term contraception) and it’s completely destroying my life! I had contraception put in because I had bad periods before but this is 100X worse!
Has anyone else found periods worse when coming off contraception?
Sick of feeling like i need to pee and the heaviness in my tummy alongside the nausea/headaches/cramps etc
Isn’t being a girl fun 🙄😒
