Apartment venting!!

I just need to vent! My hubby and I have been living in our apartment for 5/6 years now with no huge issues, and any time there has been an issue the landlord has fixed it fairly quickly (hot water tank burst, Tree branch breaking a window, w.e) but the past few months our ceiling has been leaking! He "sealed" it over the summer and we were fine for a few weeks maybe (though possibly because of lack of rain idk). Now it seems everytime it rains it starts to leak again. He came into the apartment last time we called to "measure" where the leak was but that the was last I heard/saw him (didn't hear him on the roof at all either) there has also been "surface mold" that we have to spray bleach on. I'm pregnant and we have money saved but we really can't afford to move (rent + security deposit + uhaul) without spending pretty much everything saved. I'm really just frustrated and needed to vent... not that this really helped 😞
