Breastfeeding/Expressing Help
I got permission to hand express my colostrum and freeze it, and almost have a full bag! I had horrible baby blues with my daughter due to the exhaustion of being a 1st time mommy and trying to pump. With this baby I'll be bottle feeding colostrum/formula. And don't plan on continuing pumping after he's born. I have lots of questions though...
1. How long can it be kept in the fridge & deep freezer?
2. Does anyone have a chart of how many ounces most babies consume at various months of age?
3. Can I mix colostrum and formula together and if so then how?
