What do u guys think?

Okay so the last four days I've had bad cramps and stomach pains in my left and right side sometimes by my belly button I was spotting since yesterday and stopped tonight it was a pinkish brown color not a lot tho and earlier my boobs felt like somone just took a lighter to them I got up and got really lightheaded and dizzy I'm currently 9dpo but don't wanna test and see that bfn I had my hopes up enough already so finally didn't think about babies this month so that maybe it would happen I've also felt really nauseous these past 4 days 😞
