Is 2 weeks pregnant right?

Had blood work done and my HCG level is 144 and my nurse said I’m about 2 weeks pregnant! Is this right???

You would be about 4 weeks pregnant. You count your weeks based off of the first day of your last period, so when you were 2 weeks pregnant you were probably just barely ovulating.
