WHAT’S WRONG WITH ME??

I’m literally on CD 40 and still haven’t gotten my period. Took 3 tests and all negative. Took the most recent one on the 21st. What’s happening?! If I don’t get my period then I don’t ovulate! 😭😭😭 I’m afraid if I go to the doctor they’ll just talk about how my body is still regulating from getting the Nexplanon removed 🙄 But I’ve never skipped a period before!! I got the Nexplanon removed August 1st. I’m afraid I won’t be able to conceive 😩
