Total confusion

I woke up so excited yesterday, the first day of my missed period

I took a Clearblue pregnancy test and it came back positive. Like not faint lines but a definite positive.

Then I started bleeding like my period so I called my OB the next day and I had a blood pregnancy test so I was really scared

I got the call back today and they said I didn’t have any of the pregnancy hormone. So why the hell did I get a clear positive test

Im hurting and confused
