pap done today and crampy

so today i went to my 2nd prenatal appt and i got to hear babys heartbeat 160!💜 i also got a pap smear and i started spotting and ive also been cramping since this afternoon have any of you ladies experienced this? im just a lil worried cause i have not cramped at all with this pregnancy until today...
