Pre natal vitamins
Hey .. If anyone knows off hand, .. I was taking pre natal vitamins and then I just stopped taking them ( me and hubby are trying for baby#1 ..) .. If we are still trying not do you think I should still be taking them or just wait until I know I'm pregnant then start over at that time ?? Any opinions are appreciated :)
