After telling my boss about how I was sexually abused by a coworker, he gave me permission to relocate to another facility. Should I stay where I am, relocate, or approach it differently?
My coworkers and I are friends outside of work. The guy who was sexually abusive with me has chosen to speak to me at work after the assault despite usually avoiding speaking to me at work. He and I have not spoken privately though he said he wants to. Should I just rid myself of his presence by not working there? Or should I stay there to make it a point that I’m not going anywhere and this is not going away? I’m honestly torn. Btw we only work weekends.
