Morning Sickness?

What helps with morning sickness the best? I recently delivered a beautiful 11lb baby boy! Pregancy wasn't too bad except for the horrible horrible morning sickness!! It started at 4 weeks and NEVER went away. I was sick the whole pregnancy and at its worst I was throwing up every hour/every other hour. Once I counted 13 times in a half a day!:( I was wondering what other moms out there did to help their morning sickness? I was on 2 types of medicine most the pregnancy just to help me keep down food and water. I can't wait for my next baby but I'm dreading the thought of going through that again:(
