Lifestyle changes for ttc?

Hi beautiful ladies!

My husband and I are starting the process of ttc. I quit smoking marijuana and have basically stopped drinking alcohol and caffeine. I added folic acid to my vitamin regimen too. The other changes you are supposed to make like no sushi or deli meat etc. - are those changes you made while ttc or only after a bfp?
