what is causing these symptoms 🤧 help!!

for the past about 4 days i have been having cramps in my left ovary and the doctor said it’s probably just a cyst since they’re common and it’s not my ovulation time. but two days ago my boobs were sore for the whole day but then they stopped hurting the next day. and today i had diarrhea. my period is due in 3 days but these are odd pms symptoms for me. i’m on the pill and haven’t had unprotected sex but i’m still stressing about it. does anyone know what it could be or am i overreacting? thanks !
