Men's Clothes that do not shrink?

Any men or anyone with a man who found a material/brands of clothes they like that don't shrink?
Or any tips appreciated.

I machine wash in cold water and hang to dry, but his shirts still shrink.

Update: Macy's sells the brand "Weatherproof" for men. The shirts we purchased are 60% Cotton 40% Polyester and they don't shrink if cold washed and hung to dry! They DO shrink if you put them in the dryer.

I don't know specific brands but I try to avoid cotton material or at least get one size larger if I do get cotton. some brands have "pre shrunk" clothing
