Help me please

Hi so i am preganant and according to my last menstrual period i am 5 weeks and 7 days and yesterday i went for my first prenatal visit and when they did the u/s the doctor says he sees nothing and that he is worried that it might be an ectopic pregnancy but he also said it could be to early to tell if its that or i have less weeks of being pregnant and i have to go back until next week but i am so anxious anyone ever been through this i have one previos pregnancy and everything went well healthy baby no abortions or miscarriages ive always been a healthy pregnnt women and women in general
