How did you find out you were pregnant?👶

I have a doctors appointment in 2days to get checked for pcos and my Af is due In 7days. Ever since I OV'd I have been having what I hope are symptoms like cramping, emotional, nauseous, smells, heartburn, shoot I cant even hear about something nasty or watch a gore movie without feeling a little sick sometimes. Plus I had a dream about fish around the time of OV and then another dream about my breast being swollen tender and veiny. Idk these are just some thing I've had going on this month we'll see I'm just hoping I come back with good news. But I want to know how some of you ladies found out !
