Happy Tuesday mommas!

My LO is 6 weeks and recently got put on alimentum formula and Zantac drops to help his silent reflux and sensitive skin. I am currently mixing the formula with breastmilk as I have a frozen supply and doing 2.5oz formula and 1.5oz breastmilk- I am doing this in separate bottles Incase he doesn’t finish it I don’t want to waste the BM.

My question is a two parter..

1 . His stomach sounds like fireworks exploding after every feed and his bowel movements have been frequent and watery/frothy - has this happened to anyone else when making the switch or supplementing?

2. He has been kicking his legs up in the air way more frequently after he eats, especially at night like he’s in so much pain .. it’s breaking my heart but I don’t know what else I can do for him .. has anyone else experienced this type of gas/reaction while on the drops coupled with formula?
