Spotting with IUD? acne?

So I got my kyleena October 5th, 2017 and I am still spotting.. is that normal? I guess I could ask when I go back for my check Thursday. Also, I now have horrible acne... what can I do about this?

I'm not spotting anymore, but I did for about 19 day. My Dr said every person is different. Some only spot for a few days or weeks and some spot for months.

I got mine out in on the 6th. I have no idea what I should expect. My sister-in-law said she didn't have a period for 5 yrs she had hers, had little spotting, and no acne.
