Birth control + discharge

So , I’ve recently got tested for literally everything a week ago because my discharge has a yellow tint and has the consistency of mucus . Everything came back negative . No yeast , no std ( which isn’t surprising it came back negative because I’ve only ever been with one person and he has been tested) , no BV , my birth control is working correctly , nothing wrong . I only get my period once every three months because of the birth control I’m on and how it’s set up . The question I have is , had any of you ladies had this same discharge from birth control pills? My doctor said for my body this must be my normal discharge because there is nothing wrong but I feel very alone because I know many women hear about the yellow tint and think there must be an infection . I definitely did at first and that’s why I got tested for anything and everything .
