Silly question

I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Ive done a 3 hour sg test with the specialist now im on insulin and see the specialist every week.. but at my ob office the nurse said we will be scheduling another glucose test seeing im 22 weeks ...why would i have to do another glucose test if im on insulin and been testing my sugars everyday?.. Any GDM's do their glucose test again?
