flesh and blood in stool?

I went to the restroom earlier and there was alot of blood on my toilet paper so I looked in the toilet and there was a gob of something that looked very fleshy and bloody.. what could this be??

Like the other user commented--- go to the ER or your doctor asap. This could be a sign of infection due to a number of things.
