UPDATE 6 month old bumped his head on the tub...

me and my 6 month old were taking a bath together and he reached for a toy too fast and just hit his head not too hard but enough to scare me on the tub and he seems fine he's talking he's laughing he's playing I'm just concerned if I should take him to a hospital or not cuz I always hear everyone say don't let a baby hit their head. should I take him?

so he's still doing okay but he's been really tired and sleeping a lot longer than usual and a little cranky. Could that be anything to do with him hitting his head or do you think it's just normal baby stuff. sorry if this stuff seems kind of trivial, FTM over here and just worrying about everything
