Where's my baby!?!

Am I supposed to be able to press on my stomach and tell where baby is? There's moms that say "oh that's his head!" Or "that's his back and butt right here!". I press on my stomach and I can't tell anything!! He kicks me normally and when he does that I can feel his feet. I just can't tell where he actually is in there! I'm 28 weeks. So, question is am I supposed to be able to feel where body parts are in my belly!?
