Anxiety and depression
Is anyone else dealing with severe anxiety and depression? I've had three major panic attacks in the past two weeks. Also dealing with severe depression. I'm 16w and 1d. I have a history of severe depression but I've had it under control for four years and now it seems to have surfaced and with a vengeance. Any advice?
