Nervous and always worried. Advice?

Question

I am 11 + 3 and so nervous. I am so scared of a miscarriage all the time! How do you guys handle the worry? I saw baby at 8 + 3 and 9 + 4 and baby was right on track with a strong heartbeat (171/174). My dr doesn't seem concerned at all. I see her once a month now so I get reassurance every 4 weeks but its every day I don't see baby I worry. I just can't shake the fear of going in and not finding a heartbeat.

The fear doesn’t go away, but it does get better once you can feel the baby move on a regular basis. For me that was around 17 weeks. But I still held my breath at every appointment while they were checking for a heart beat- right up until our baby was in my arms. 
This is my second baby now. Just made it past 12 weeks. Saw another good ultrasound and heart beat. And I’m still terrified! it means you care for your little one. all we can do is hope or pray and try and stay as safe and healthy as possible. The rest is completely out of our hands! 
I try to stay away from any sad posts- no reading about any baby loss or miscarriage. I’m not insensitive towards those ladies, but I can’t have those stories becoming worse anxiety in my mind. I try not google every little twinge or pain.
