Growth spurts?

When do newborns go through growth spurts?

Only asking because My little girl is 11 days old now and for the last two days she has been waking every 1-2 hours and feeding for like 35-40 mins (breastfeeding)

Ugh I think I'm going through one now,, 3 weeks. My little one is nursing like a champ n I've been sitting with her now 3 times in the past two hours and I'm nursing for 40 mins already.

My boy so far has had them at 10 days and 3 weeks (he's now 5 weeks) anxiously waiting for the next one and preparing for the extreme lack of sleep! Lol hope it gets better
