Help!!! Boils? Or something else?

Idk why but my daughter who just turned 1 keeps getting these boils and a rash on her butt... I give her a bath every night to soak it and change her disposable diapers often (she used to wear cloth but that made it worse for some reason)... 
this mama doesn't know what to do. 
She's been on one round of antibiotics and that stopped the first outbreak and now they are coming back :(

Try coconut oil on her bum and the boils. Also if you have breast milk put that on her bum.

its probably the friction if shes crawling. or the material of the diapers.

if it's reoccurring and rashy take her to her ped. a baby I was a nanny for would get staph in her bottom area.

Diaper rubbing against her thigh. Are the diapers stiff or cheap?

That doesn't look good. Could even be infected. I would try to get in to see the pediatrician tomorrow 😕
