losing weight... fast.

I'm beginning to get worried because I'm losing weight rapidly due to extreme food aversions and persistent nausea. I was reading somewhere not to worry until I get close to losing 10lbs, but I'm getting close to that and my pants are hanging off of me :S More than anything I am worried about not getting enough nutrients to baby, I am 10 weeks today. I don't get to see my midwife until 11 weeks and am wondering if I should call them to try to get in sooner because of the weight loss. I've tried just catering to every little craving I have, which is difficult because I am gluten intolerant and a lot of my cravings don't care about that little detail! Any ideas on how to get calories and nutrients in me without forcing myself to eat solid food and hope I can keep it down? (ps: I am taking my prenatal vitamins daily and hydrating lots)
