Went to my appointment yesterday at 36+6 with contractions, horrible back pain, diarrhea for 2 days and just feeling all over sick. Doctor checked me and I’m not dilated at all. So he put me on bed rest. It was my fear. I am a teacher of 2 and 3 years olds and of course in working up until the baby comes. I’m going all day, so this bed rest thing sucks. Now I’m only on it until after the weekend. I go back Monday but still. I never went through any of this 10 years ago with my daughter, she was the easiest pregnancy ever. Of course she was my first and now this one, a boy, is so stubborn. I’m so ready for him to come but want it safe and whenever he is ready. Also I do have my work shower this Friday so I’ll go for at least lunch to get everything and see everyone.
