Plan B and Birth-Control

Me and my boyfriend had sex two days before my expected period. The condom broke and I took plan B the very next day. I still haven't started my period (it's been 4 days). I have also been taking my birth control placebo pills, and I'm almost back to a regular pack. My question is will I not have a period at all if I start a new pack??
