Endocrinologist Appointment
So after meeting with a fertility doctor and getting some levels tested, I ended up with elevated Prolactin, DHEAS, and hydroxyprogesterone. Because of this I was referred to an endocrinologist and had to wait 2 months to get an appointment because they were booking so far out. I finally got to my appointment and the endocrinologist said that my first labs are possibly off because of when the fertility doctor had the labs done (she wanted them done 8 days after after I ovulated). The endo is having me redo my labs on CD 10 now next week. Does anyone know if the timing of our cycle can really affect the results that much? I'm kind of frustrated to be having to redo my labs which cost us $430 the first time around and having to wait 2 months to hear this from another doctor...
