Vaginal Bleeding

Okay. I'm really trying to stay calm and not freak the fuck out.... But I'm bleeding.... Again..... My MIL is an RN and has me sitting on the couch with my feet up. Apparently today would have been day 5 of AF & 2 nights ago when this happened it was just after sex... I immediately listened for the heartbeat and it was 166 totally strong and going for it (2 nights ago). Idk what to think right now....
