Help please!

7 weeks pregnant. Last night I had very light bleeding. Started off as dark brown, then was between a dark and bright red. I also had about 3 or 4 tiny black cherry-coloured clots. After a few hours, I went to bed, after only filling a small section of one pad. The night before, me and my husband had sex, but he was gentle. I didnt get the brown blood until the next night (last night). I've woken up and there's nothing, but I have backache and a little bit of pressure. I really stressed myself out last night worrying. What are your thoughts please? Don't want to lose my little one :( hoping I already haven't.
