Toddler WONT sleep! ðŸ˜
Help! My LO (16 months old) has been up screaming and thrashing around for the better part of 2 hours and I don’t know what to do. She doesn’t self-soothe and is often up for an hour at a time 2-3 times a night. She refuses to nap more than 1-1.5 hours a day and I’m at a loss. Any advice?? Between work and the flu, I’m at my wits end.
