Someone please help me figure this out....

This morning I woke up to my bbt reading 100 degrees !!!! What should I do??? My temp jump from 97.9 to 98.6 to 100 since ovulation. Not to mention all the other signs I'm having. We did insemination on O+1. Could we be pregnant, should we test early???

Someone please help me. I really want to wait but this kinda changes things. UPDATE: Temp was 99.7 this morning (11/3) took a hpt gotta BFN testing again when AF doesn't show up.
