Terrified of vomiting.
I am currently dealing with food poisoning in the middle of the night. I have the pain &I; of course the diarrhea. I know vomiting is a symptom and I feel like I might have to vomit but the thought of vomiting scares me so bad. I hate to do it or think about having to do it when I'm sick but I know I'll feel somewhat better after. Does anyone else have this weird fear? Any tips?
