What is going on with my period

...The last time I had my period was September 16, which makes me 46 days late... never got a visit from AF on October... and my period before that I was like 15 days late... what’s going on with me?? Am I going to have PCOS? Please shed some light on what’s happening with my menstruation.. 😫
