Miscarriage?

Question

Anyone had a miscarriage before? I woke up to having bleed through my underwear and when I wipe there’s blood. Is this a MC? I’m 5 weeks 1 day. Dr. Appt isn’t until next Wednesday.
UPDATE: I’ve been bleeding heavily all day with cramping and the doc ordered labs for me tomorrow AM and then Monday to check HCG levels. I’ve lost all hope and have mentally prepared for the bad news. 💔 Goodbye July 2018 baby group and blessings to you all!!

I've had 2 mc and both I spotted for a few days then with one I gushed with major cramps then the other with brownish blood that went heavy then light then heavy again until I passed the sac. praying for good news

Wishing you the best! I know it's scary to see blood but sometimes it's nothing to fear. 
I had a MC in Sept and it began with spotting over a week then bleeding with cramps 😔 such a traumatic and heartbreaking thing to go through. Call your dr and try to get in to ease your worry

I have had a miscarriage. I would contact your doctor and see if they can get you in today. The bleeding could be for a multitude of reasons, just stay positive!

I have... at around 6 weeks two years ago.  I started bleeding then it stopped.  3 hours later it started gushing.  The immediately took me in for a D&C.;
