When did you start bathing baby in tub without a seat?

Once he could sit up on his own. He refused to stay in the baby tub at that point and I worried he'd hurt himself.

5 months as soon as she could sit up. I would always be holding her. Sometimes I would get in with her for more control. Now at almost 9 months she knows to stay seated and we have a non slip mat.

around 4 or 5 months or so when my son started sitting up well is when we started letting him just sit in the tub.

I've bathed with my baby in the big tub since the beginning. (very, VERY carefully, with my boyfriend there to spot us in case of any problems)

never used a baby bath. just had a bath sponge he would lay on and then eventually sat up on then when he started crying we stopped using it all together. was much nicer then a big annoying baby bath that just always was in the way
