Worried sick and my heart hurts

My numbers are not doubling the way that they are supposed to and are not getting very high at all. I am only 143 at 4 weeks, 4 Days. Only rising 58% in two days. :( Last night, after the blood work... I was never so exhausted in my life. I went to bed at 6pm and couldn’t wake up until 1030. I am hoping maybe my HCG rose then. :( long shot. Has anyone ever had slow rising HCG and then all of a sudden it jumped a lot? I am so depressed and sad. I go for a scan to make sure I am not having an ectopic tomorrow. This hurts. :(
