Miscarriage??

Last night I went to the ER because I’ve been bleeding since Monday. It started off just brown spotting but turned into a bright red period. They did tests at the hospital and gave me an ultrasound. They told me that the baby has no heartbeat and I’m having a miscarriage. I went for my follow up appointment today with my obgyn. They did a blood test and found out my hcg levels are rising. I am still bleeding a lot and cramping pretty bad. My ob said there still might be a viable pregnancy. I don’t know what to think or feel at this point. Any advice? Experience?
