Night Nausea - do you have it? comment for advice pls

anyone else?, what can I do to help it. i wake up from nausea several times a night but the day nausea isn't too bad anymore. I'm so tired and so sick of being nauseous. I'm almost 12 weeks.

I sit up more and lay on my left side and I have peppermints by my bed that I can eat really quick. Night nausea sucks 😣

My nausea pretty much disappeared at 12+ weeks. I used preggie pops before it went away and that helped a lot.

I took unisom last night and I seemed to sleep. little better. just ordered b6 from Amazon so cant wait to try that!

I take 25mg of Unisom and 25mg of vitamin B6 at night before bed, it’s helped for me and was recommended by my doctor!

Lots of b6. I was nauseous constantly until my doc prescribed me a new prenatal with a lot more b6 than my original prenatal, now I'm never sick.
