Breastfeeding moms!

How are you going to wean from breastfeeding? Do you have a plan? My lo still nurses 6 times a day and eats 3 meals of solid food. I'd like to start weaning after the holidays, but I'm not sure where to start. I have a stash of frozen breast milk- do I give it to her when she's eating her solids? I feel so clueless!
