O pains question!!

So yesterday and the day before I felt a tight sensation in my lower right abdomen area..it would come and go. Today it was followed by light period like cramping. My cramping is usually painful the first day of AF. So this wasn't nearly as painful or as much as AF cramping. Does this happen to sound familiar to any of you ladies? Possible ovulation? I've heard of implantation cramping but glow doesn't have my fertile week until next week but ovia has me ovulating about a week ago :) any feedback helps. I'm overthinking everything ha.
