Multiple miscarriages and still no answers 😡

So frustrated...went to the dr to get some testing done because I've had several miscarriages this year and everything came back normal and healthy which is GOOD! But I still have no answers 😫 I'm so frustrated and the Dr. had no advice for me. Just feeling really hopeless right now. I want my 🌈👶 !!!!
