Tantrums ?

How is everyone dealing with babies tantrums? So my little one just has been sick for a couple of days and I have been giving in to everything she wants. Now she is stating to feel better but now is throwing tantrums when she doesn't get things she want for example my phone or the remote or taking out all the baby wipes. She throws things on the floor snd crys. I miss my cute little one that hugs and kisses me and just stays playing with her toys. I guess we are getting to that difficult stage lol
