Confused...

Okay the skin that is between your vagina and your butthole, is it supposed to look bumpy is you spread it apart? And I have two like freckle looking spots on that skin and I’m not sure what it is. Sorry it’s hard to explain but I’m honestly scared that it’s an std even tho I had sex one time and that was three years ago.
