Subchorionic hemorrhage (subchorionic hematoma)

I am currently 5 weeks pregnant and was informed yesterday in the ER that I have a Subchorionic hemorrhage, this increases the chances of miscarriage. However, the doctor told me that everything looks great with my HCG levels and they were able to see a gestational sac and a yolk sac during the ultrasound which the doctor said is a great start. Anyone else has experienced the same with a great outcome? Thanks
