Bleeding about 36 hours now
First just pink spotting, then some red streaking. Hasn't shown on a pad yet. Have a dr visit at 9am. No significant pain but I'm super gassy so it's hard to tell.
So scared... Kinda knew I'd lose my first one, but still.
